The easiest way to check your email will be to use the webmail that jeox.com provides. The webmail is located at http://your_website/webmail/. Enter the webmail address in your browser address bar and you will see login screen. Enter your full email address for username. If you do not have email account, you can create one via the Control Panel >> Email Accounts. For further information on creating mail accounts, please refer to the email manual.

How to check my email via MS Outlook 2002 (XP)?

1.If you haven't created email account already, please refer to the control panel email page. If you do have email account, open Outlook and click on Tools >> E-mail Accounts...

2. Select Add a new e-mail account and click the Next button.

3. Select POP3 and click Next.

4. Enter your name and full email address. In the User Name field enter your full email address. In the Password field enter your email password. For Server Information enter your domain name for both POP3 and SMTP. Click Next.

1. Start Thunderbird, open the File menu and choose New >> Accounts...

2. Choose Email account and press Next.

4. For type of incoming server select POP. Enter your domain name for both Incoming and Outgoing server. Press Next.

5. Enter your email address for Incoming User Name. Press Next.

6. Enter email account display name. Press Next.

7. The Thunderbird account wizard shows you summary of account options. Make sure that they are correct. Select Download messages now if you would like to check for new messages. Press Finish. Thunderbird will ask you for your email password. Check "Use Password Manager to remember this password" if you do not want to enter your password every time you are checking your email.

How to check my email via Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0?

1. If you have not created email account already you can do so via the control panel email page. Start MS Outlook Express and choose Tools >> Accounts...

2. On the Internet Accounts window select the Mail tab and then click on the Add button and choose Mail ...

3. Enter your name and press Next.

4. In the E-mail address field enter your email and press the Next button.

5. Select POP3 incoming mail server type and enter your domain name for POP3 and SMTP server. Press Next.

6. Enter your full email address in the Account Name field. Then enter your email password and press Next. Please notice that the SPA checkbox should be left unchecked.

7. Press Finish.

8. Your email account should appear in the Mail tab. Press Close to finish adding your email account to MS Outlook Express.

9. To check your email press the Send / Receive button.

Please note that you should always check your email (press the [Send / Recv] button) before trying to send email message. You might as well set the "My outgoing server requires authentication" option. To do this choose Tool >> Accounts... from the Outlook menu. In the Internet Account window click on your email account (domain.com in the current example). Click on the Properties button to open the Properties window. Click on the Servers tab and check "My server requires authentication".
